No date and names of sides on the screen

A curious thing is happening.
I've completed my scenario of an hypothetical battle following the hints that Paul59 gives in his wonderful tutorials.
At the moment the scenario correctly appears as a module in the epic battle section and after launching it I'm able to accept the battle and play it.
But, before accepting, on the left of the screen I can only see the name of the battle, not that of the date and the names of the two sides with their banners (as always appears in the other scenarios), which also precludes me to play with side1.

What have I done wrong?

It sounds like you haven't created a CAMPAIGN.txt file for the scenario folder. See this part of the scenario guide:

Playing the scenario with Side1 requires a lot of work. Here is how to reverse a scenario, so that you can play as Side1:
