Cannot complete store order

I have a coupon for Combat Mission Black Sea and was able to apply it to the cart which brings the total to £0.00. When I try and complete the order it gives an error as shown in the attached screenshot. I have tried a couple of times on different days and using different browsers but it gives the same result. Could you provide any advice to resolve this, please?

I was having the same issues yesterday when trying to purchase directly. The Paypal method worked properly. I recommend trying that option.
