Finding A Serial Number

Last week I purchased Conquest, but never got a confirmation email with my serial number. Now I need that number again to apply the patch. How can I get it?

Check your spam filter - it must have blocked the mail. Make a note of the serial number somewhere as you will need it for all patches.

If this doesnt help you can look up your order and serial on www.findmyorder.com

Thanks, that worked. Apparently DR mailed it to an old email address, despite my changing it here.

Ah, you'll need to update your details with them directly - we don't have any way to link in to their system. I'm not sure exactly how you do it but I'm sure DR will tell you what to do. You must have ordered another game in the past from them, maybe through us or another publisher.

I have a similar problem --

I forgot my serial, so I looked up my transaction via your link. Found it, but there were only options there to redownload or look at the invoice. Nothing anywhere indicating serial number. So I downloaded, but am afraid to install it, as I'm afraid it may invalidate my existing copy. I need the serial for the patch.

Buggle your invoice will contain the serial number. If not let us know your order number so we can look it up for you. Mail it to info@slitherine.co.uk.
