Patch 1.3.9 says I don’t have Empires installed.

Hi again
I can’t install the 1.3.9 update I downloaded from the member’s club. It says I do not have Empires installed.
I’m very sad

I have Empires installed in C:\ Ageod

Although I believe they will ask you to install the base game again and then try immediately to patch it.

I did a complete uninstall\reinstall and the 1.3.9 patch worked fine. (I was afraid the updated needed the game in the default program directory but C:\Ageod worked as usual.)
