OOB US Pacific campaign - Version 9.0.0 Winter Bug

I am playing the US Pacific DLC and the ground on all of the scenarios have snowy winter(plain white) on the ground.

For example this is what the ground looks like in the Guadalcanal Scenario.

In the Editor the terrain is displayed in a 'generic' way.
Check Settings -> Climate. (Example below is from a custom scenario I'm working on).
