Unit stats overhaul mod - Almost Historical

After looking at all discussions about units stats and possible changes, I've decided to instead that rather than just read about them I can make the effort to do a few tweaks here and there. Aim is to add historical flavor, rebalance some units, change usage dates and add some options that make some types of vehicles more tempting and valid in the army. Side effect can be that campaign will get easier/tougher, but hopefully also more fun to play.

My programming/modding skills do not exist, but I can at least edit the existing Units.csv file and share it, hoping that I did not mess up things in the process.

For now I've only edited Polish equipment and related as it's close to home, but if this works, I might sometimes add more of such changes here and there. Possibly this will be inspiring and fun to use. My initial try included changing some stats plus adding a few units that are variants utilizing the same models (since I have no way to add new textures/models/meshes). I am not sure if for these new models I did not mess up cross-file references, but it seems that the only thing I should not touch is column AD (model) to keep the intended model being used, but I'm not sure about the A, B and C columns and if editing things in names can break any references. Tips about this are greatly appreciated - worst case scenario I'll refrain from adding anything new and just edit existing units.

EDIT - apparently messing with unit names crashes the game upon loading missions where they exist (probably due to "name" in column A). Adjusted.

Still no idea how to properly encode Polish characters in the csv, but that's a minor thing.

Please don’t hesitate to send a PM if you have any questions about modding the file or uploading to Steam. There is a lot more traffic through the Steam Workshop.

On a Polish unit side note… I’ve got a Warsaw Uprising Scenario (far from finished) that includes a Kubus armored car, Radoslaw Scouts, and Dysk Saboteurs. Unfortunately, I’ve got too many irons in the fire and it keeps getting put on the back burner.

Keep up the good work and be cautious using the LowProfile trait on late war units… it’s a very powerful defensive trait.

Thanks! This is going to be a long work in progress for rainy long evenings, but I'll be looking at this form time to time - probably add it to Steam only once it is at least globally set for such changes like 75mm artillery movement. Funny enough, I do not use Steam for this game, but that should not prevent me from mod upload.
