Completed turn won't load to server.

At first I couldn't sign in, then when I did I completed my turn but it wouldn't load to the server. The message asked that I contact Slitherine support. Please advise.

Same behaviour here.

I couldn't connect at first to the multiplayer lobby (I was already playing the game) . So I closed the game, closed the windows session and Restart the computer. Then it was possible to connect to the multiplayer lobby . But when I finished my first multiplayer game, the game told me that it can't load to the server .

It works on field of glory II five minutes later

Got this for problem of "not being able to send turn" 10+ times already. It always ended with my finished turn actually sent successfully, weirdly enough. I wonder if it's because I got disconnected mid-turn, since my internet is unstable at times.

I escaped and exited FoG médieval after one hours and several more attempts to finish the turn . My game seemed somehow saved. I have no problem for the two subsequent turns (one of the "blocked" game and one of another game)

We are working on this issue. It happens when (due to a momentary server glitch) the game thinks the turn has failed to upload to the server, when in fact it has. The server then refuses to accept further attempts to upload the turn because it has in fact already uploaded.

As I say, we are working on eliminating this issue.

Yes, it happened to me. I tried multiple times to send the turn but it wouldn't send. However, when I checked my turn had actually gone through.

In the same game , I have a different behaviour.
After finishing my turn, it tried to load to the server but a pop up window told something like "autenthification failed". Then I have a sort of timer and after a minute I have a " box with a cross" than I can click to cancel. This time the game was not saved and I have to replay the whole turn ... After the problem has occurred , I don't get out FOG2 médieval and I dont close my window session. After having replayed the full turn, the game loaded to the server with no problem but with different results ...

That one sounds like the server was probably down when it occurred.
