Deployment issue

In the new 1941 DLC i have had 2 operations i cannot play because when i go to start the deployment phase, after selecting the unit and then click on the yellow square, the square disappears! and it won't come back. So one of those operations is the start of the Minsk battle and it won't allow me to restart the scenario to change it, it remains the same. What should i do?
