I've tried searching, can't find it.

All music in Panzer Corps 1 and 2 are original tracks composed for these specific games, so I don't think they can be fond anywhere else (unless someone used them without letting us know ). We did not give tracks in Panzer Corps fancy names, so it's just that - soviet1.
