Mobile wargame with ELO rating

I want to explain my idea with an quick photoshopped image. I am using Warplan as an example game. Its like playing chess on your mobile phone.
  • ELO rating system
  • User profile with Wins/Losses and maybe trophies
  • Balanced scenarios
  • Easy get into
  • Play multiple games simultaneously (1 day a move)
