Fallschirmjäger and sea hexes

for some reason fallschirmjäger can´t be deployed above sea hexes during deployment at map start in ju52.

- deployhexes are available
- if deployed above land they end up in a ju52

but the deploy hexes above sea hexes just dont show.

same issue with DF 230, once the landing craft are used up the deploy hexes on sea hexes disappear.

anyone an idea what i´m missing here?
