Enable Partisans scenario

When I played the Crimea scenario, I was asked if I wanted to play the partisans scenario. I clicked "Yes." After I finished the scenario, I was sent to Karelia instead. Is there a way to enable it? Do I have to go back to turn one and play the whole Crimea Scenario again?

Try loading the last savegame of that scen and enter this into the console command window (SHIFT-C):
"#trigger 59" (without the quotes)

You still have to win the Crimea scen to advance to Partisans!
