Prestige Points

In a Campaign game does the prestige points that you have left over from a scenario transfer over to the next scenario of that campaign? They suggest that you don't fix your units until the next scenario in the deploy phase.

That's because the replacements in deployment are cheaper then than mid-battle. So if you do not absolutely need to replace the losses around the end of the mission then it's better to wait.
