New to FOG2, but enjoying so far.
A few questions.
1. When in melee do I need to select each unit each turn to order them to melee or do they do this regardless if already in melee?
2. Fight report: when the fight each turn pops up with the result, how do I know which unit it is reporting on? I can't see which unit marked?
3. Tutorial 2: must be rubbish as keep getting smashed each time - Last attempt I dismounted knights and put them on the right in the marshes to hold the Tuetonic there, but lose on the left & centre. Centre has spearmen & mounted knights, left held well with Prussian levies & axemen. Any tips?

Re: Noob questions
Welcome to the game.
1. The game will automatically do all melees at the end of your turn if you don't. But, it is better for you to do it in order to try to smash through some enemy units and get rid of the fragmented units first, etc.
2. If you go into settings you can turn on the combat log and so on. There is a simple and detailed combat log as I recall. Find out what is best for you. Some people like lots of stats on their screen and others prefer the minimum.
3. I don't know about the tutorial but I would just keep practising and read the manual about ZoC and flank attacks, etc. I wouldn't dismount your knights.
Maybe join the Discord FoG 2 group for chat and to find people to play with. Best of luck.

Re: Noob questions
Thanks for the quick reply SLancaster.
1. Thank you for explaining that, makes a world of difference.
2. I have simple setting on - detailed swamped me! However how do I know which unit the report is for? I can't sse if the unit being reported on is highlighted or am I missing something?
3. Yeah I need to learn the game

Re: Noob questions
If you click on the enemy unit that you want to attack and melee with it then you should get straight up the results of that particular melee. I think it sounds like you are just ending your turn without selecting individual units for melee?

Re: Noob questions
Sorry I was not clear.
What I should have asked referred to the enemy's turn report. I am never sure which unit it is reporting on the outcome of and the report screen covers the view most times so if it is highlighted it isnt obvious.

Re: Noob questions
Maybe post a screenshot. I think if you go into settings you can turn off the battle report or whatever is blocking your view. Someone else mentioned this in another thread, I think.

Here is a noob question for you.
How do you "Undo" a move?
For the life of me, I cannot find it in the game or in the manual. I'm sure it's very simple.

Re: Noob questions
left-click on the unit, right-click, left-click on the green Undo icon
