Viewing randomess setting?

Is there any way to view the randomness setting on a campaign after starting it?

I just started an SCW campaign and was sure I set it to 100, but my combat results keep showing randomness 50. I tried using the setany randomness 100 cheat but this didn't seem to do anything. I quit and started another campaign as a test and it seemed to work ok. However in that new test I used setany randomness 0 and this was still giving me real results only not the predicted.
