What shall i tell him?

Somebody asked the question below in the Steam forum but I don't know what to tell him, any ideas?

unable to start game
i was still able to play this game last night but today when i clicked the button "play battle academy 2". nothing shows up, and i cant click on anything on my screen. i had to restart everytime. i tried it on a different computer too and the same thing happened.
