Issue with Update Jan 2021

After latest Update I get a message "server cannot validate your details." Any idea on what to do or what I may have done in error.
This seems to be an ongoing problem with updates, which I am beginning to dread as am short of time as it is.

Right, I will ask someone to look into it. Are you using STEAM, GOG or standalone version?

What version number is showing in game? (You can see it in the Settings screen).

STEAM, GOG or standalone version?

That is the old version. The new version is v1.5.34.

I don't know why it won't update for you, but I suggest downloading and updating manually, using the link in

Thanks Richard I'll give it a go. (suspect that I had t do same some time back)

BTW Must thank you for all your efforts in a great rendition of a Tabletop game to PC. I have a disabled son (Down Syndrome) and although he struggles with tabletop, with reading the rules etc he is quite comfortable with Fog2 Pc and shows surprising strategic talent.

Problem I think may be largely my cause! Apologies.
I had forgot, but in order not to overuse my SSD, a while back, I moved the entire Fog2 folder from the C to the F drive (still plays well enough there) and the update has been going to C all the time, whereas my startup points to the F game. (be nice to have the option to choose in install)
Anyway the new install on C was missing .dlls etc so I copied over the entire folder from C to F. and working fine now.

F.Y.I. Re: Tabletop. Have just bought the Truimph! Rules. Looks as they may be somewhat more historical than the "chess-like" DBA! (not sure yet but at first glance.)
