Permanent screen freeze

I've got this weird bug every time I need to minimize the game. When I reopen it, game is still running, but screen won't update and while I still can somewhat take actions, game is unplayable like this. In the attachment there's a game log which shows it's turn 3 AND a screenshot of what I actually see on the screen (and dxdiag and msinfo).
Here's some additional info:
-game re-instaled just a moment before i take screenshot;
-latest nvidia drivers re-installed from scratch 10 mins ago;
-nvidia overlay disabled;
-default graphics, cloud shadows and depth of field disabled;
-bug persists if I go to windowed mode and minimize the window;
-couple of times I've got the game to run normally (which means screen updates after reopening), but after I close the game and restart it, bug reappears for no apparent reason;
-I own game on GOG.

Upd. For some reason I can not attach archive with logs, it simply does not appear underneath the message after I add it with "add files" button and then submit. And when I try to add logs separately I get "Invalid extention" error.
