Commander Stars on Units?

Has anybody besides me noticed that the little badges (stars) for unit commanders aren't available in the game play anymore?
Is it just my computer? I reset the dang thing the other day.

You mean the change in the core unit's yellow framing around the faction symbol? If yes, still there.
