Panzercorps2 - Updates won't run

I have Panzercorps2 and am able to install and run updates to v1.01.10.1 which is Axis operations 1939.
I have purchased Spanish Civil war v01.01.14 and Axis Operations 1940 v01.01.15.0 but as soon as I install either of these up dates the program stops running.
Please advise what i would need to do to get these updates working.
