Delayed Deployment to Reserve Box?

So, I have prepared a British armoured division into the reserve box, all nicely named and identified by their order of battle in the 7th Armoured Division. They are due to go ashore Turn 4.

Now I realize that I don't want them to be available for deployment during the deployment phase. There are plenty of CPs and Deployment hexes for the player just to grab a tank instead of two infantry tokens.

Is there an easy way to prevent them being available for deployment until Turn 4? Is it possible to delay deployment of certain units, and only those units, already in the reserve box until a certain point in the game using a trigger?

I suppose I could deploy/undeploy, that would make sense to get them into the reserve box, but I'd like to avoid having to recreate them and rename them.

Why don't you spawn the units with their corresponding command points at turn-4?
Unless I'm missing something here...

Since they were already in the reserve box, named, I thought I might avoid that. If there's an available way.
Is all.
If you don't know a quick way to delay them being available, there's probably not one.
So I'll do that.
