I need a new game that covers the American war for Independance or the ACW

As the thread title says I am looking for a game that covers the American War for Independence with a strategic campaign that covers the entire war and battles that can be fought in the Grand Tactical layer. If a good one is not available then a American Civil War game would be fine if it covered the war strategically and also offered a Grand Tactical layer for resolving battles. Any suggestions?
