I've checked like 3 pages of threads (not that thoroughly) and didn't see a reference to this:

In MP games 2vs1 and 2vs2, all the messages sent to 'allies' are shown to everyone clicking the 'Overview' button. It could be even fun if it happened randomly sometimes (the classic capture of HQ plans), but it happens always with every message, whoever the recipient is.

It seems also that once you send a message to 'Allies' or 'All', all subsequent messages are sent to the same recipient(s)

I can confirm this one.

It should be fixed without any more excuses ASAP.
