FOG for 18th century?

Post by FOGwargames »

I find it curious that no FOG rules have yet to be written for the 18th century period. This is a serious gap in the military chronology between the renaissance and the Napoleonic periods.
Does anyone know why this has not happened?

Unfortunately FOG rules are not the force they once were and others have taken up the challenge.

Interesting point about the 18th-century FOG gap! Perhaps the complexity of combined arms tactics is a factor. This makes me think, imagine adapting that complexity to a game like Pokerogue and Pokerogue Dex , where strategic deck-building is key. A Pokerogue Dex expansion with 18th-century themed monsters and abilities would be fantastic! What other rulesets capture this period well?
