order of battle partisan 1944 senario

How do you unasign 2leaders I can only find one on the map.Unasigning reserve leaders in my force pool does not work.I am missing something.Any help please.

You only have to detach the commanders specified in the briefing from the troops, nothing more. You will thus travel to Moscow in the game. That was it
