Dialog boxes text only appear partially

Hello,

I upgraded the game through the control panel tahat is shown at the start to version 8.6.1.
The OS I am on is Windows 10 upgraded from Windows 7.
Below is a screenshot of the symptom :

Edit : the image is at https://ibb.co/2dRF8Ny for one month since now

Has anyone seen this ?
