Saving new scenario issue

Saving new scenario issue

Often when I create and try to save a new scenatio I only get a tmp file in the folder. There is no error message.
Additional tries only results in more tmp files.
I need to restart OOB tand start from scratch.
This is on a vanilla OOB.
