elect Mid-turn PBEM Saves to next update

With elections nigh upon us Americaners I would like to cast a ballot for mid-turn saves. There are several intriguing but large multi-player scenarios (hello Parriego) that would be much more accessible if I didn't have to crank out my whole turn in one sitting.
