Red Steel, Operation Winterstorm: Air Commander

It’s not well done with the "turn start" trigger to reward that commander, as it irritates the player when the commander isn’t rewarded right away. Better use a "combat event" there as trigger as this will immediately reward the commander together with completing the air transport objective. I’ve already tested it on another map.
You can also circumvent waiting for the next turn by saving and reloading to immediately receive the commander in the same turn, as reloading also triggers "turn start" without good reason. That could be seen as another harmless bug.
