3D Zoom Out

I have been very pleased with the game and managed to get through my first scenario creation. However am at a loss in setting up my Objectives. Is there any documentation available for the Editor?

Also I would like to be able to zoom out further before losing my 3D but can't seem to find any files to edit for min and max settings.
