[Gameplay][Multiplayer scenarios 'not installed'[8.6.1]

The PBEM server claims that specific scenarios are not installed on my system.
Well, this custom scenario designed by yours truly surely is.
I've noticed a number of other players plagued by the same issue, there are several forum posts mentioning the issue.
But I have not seen any official response to this yet...
I think this is a pretty serious issue.

Edit: I just noticed that the challenge under my marked one is working. And it is the same scenario
The difference between the challenges are open/password. Maybe that is a clue for further investigations by the devs.

Edit: Duplicated the scenario to the official content/scenario folder. Now it appears properly in the challenge list. A kind of work-around, but probably not a very good one for the majority of players.
