Telemetry data question

Just purchased the game Shadow Empire and noticed that there is an option for data to be stored and send for whatever reason.

Now i do play mostly offline so i wondered about how much value this data receives and when the moments are the data is send, since of course i do want to cooperate with helping becoming the game as perfect as possible within the limited timeframe a workdrone has to his possession
