New installation of OoB

Hi, I may need to reinstall my game and I'm now wondering, is it enough to install the last setup file 8.6.0 to enable all DLC?
Would also relieve my hard disk, because I still have all the files.

You need the keys to enable DLC. Do you mean update all DLC? If so, I believe each patch is cumulative and will update all DLC to the very latest versions.

Oh, wait a minute. Perhaps you mean will 8.6.0 allow you to install all DLC to date (if you have the keys), up to and including Red Storm? The answer to that is also yes.
