Recent Update Question for October 7th

Just received [PC] Update v1.01.10.2 (Oct 07, 2020) in my Membership Page.
Earlier I had downloaded the [PC] Installer v1.01.10 (Sep 18, 2020) which was a 5+gb download & gave me 3 files:
v1.01.10.2
v1.01.10.3
v1.01.10

Now, the new 'v1.01.10.2' was only 5mb !!! which was an incredibly pleasant surprise.
My question is...what is going on here?
