Order Status Military History Commander in Europe At War Gol

I ordered the download version of Military History Commander in Europe at War Gold for the pc about an hour ago but have not received any confirmation of the order being accepted or rejected. I was used to ordering from Matrixgames and the process took 5 minutes, is it normal to wait an hour with no response?

You might want to check your junk mail filtering to make sure it hasn't caught the confirmation email. There shouldn't be any problem as it is all automated. If you still have no joy them Iain will get on it first thing GMT to track down your order.

I ordered Commanders for PSP on the 6th of april.It says my order was fulfilled that day . I have yet to receive the game didnt get a conformation email but the game was charged to my account . Unless my wife erased the email I dont know its hard for me to tell . Im a soldier deployed to Iraq and its hard for me to track this stuff down cause my time is limited my mailing adress was for my home in Ft.Hood TX so my wife could then mail it to me in Iraq . I know it said it would take 8-10 days to mail it . Any reply would be a big help or some kind of track . Thank you
