Why aren't modern Raptors in the Modern Ships Pack?

Why aren't modern Heavy Raiders in the Modern Ships Pack?

Why can't the Jupiter be equipped with Mk7 Vipers?

Why isn't the Valkyrie in the Ghost Fleet?

1st Because Raptors didnt undergo any heavy changes, except better avionics and CNP integration.

2nd, like the raptors the heavy raiders stayed pretty much the same.

3rd, well balancing reasons I would say.

4th, because she isnt. She might lorewise be there, because she was, but she is not payable which is fine.
