on the verge of wanting to refund OoB DLC endkrieg

purchased DLC sandstorm. finished it with no problems. exported core units to newly purchased DLC endkrieg. i am on the 3rd or 4th scenario, smolensk. i am at the deployment phase, but i can not upgrade my units and i suddenly lose the ability to access my purchase menu. i can NEVER complete deployment phase due to these issues. spent hours trying to work around it, nothing. see video for example of issues.

I'm sorry you encountered this, but FWIW this has been dealt with in the current beta of Red Storm, which will be out soon, usually with a patch.

What I can say is I did not get the problem anymore in recent beta playthroughs.

no idea what fwiw means. so there is no solution till this red storm comes out? well, i really do not want to wait for another product to come out just so i can play some thing i already purchased. bad business practice. causes you to lose customers. like me. how do i go about getting a refund?
