Syracuse: will not export battles to FOG2

Hi
Playing Syracuse, I persistently receive "Naval battles cannot be exported" messages for battles involving only land forces that i try to export to FOG2. I made a a fresh a fresh download of the game, but the problem continues each time I play as Syracuse, though not, apparently, for other factions.
Other than that, great game, but this is an annoying bug,

Go to the MOD section and find the patch from Pocus that solve this problem.
There are 10 kind of hard problems in computer science, naming, cache invalidations and off-by-one errors.
