King of the Mountain

Remember when you were a kid and somebody put a big dirt pile in the neighborhood?
KING OF THE MOUNTAIN was the game where everybody tried to get to the top and the guy on top tried to keep everybody off. Whoever was on top was King of the Mountain.
I think this would be an interesting feature for MP.

Pick two or three of the standard scenarios, and designate those games as King of the Mountain games. Whoever won the last game is King of the Mountain, and whoever knocks that player off is the new King.
There needs a display of who the King is for that scenario and how many games that player has been King, and way to challenge the King.

It could either be done via this Forum, or the Slitherine site, or (I think the best way) as a tab on the OoB Multiplayer Menu - All Games, My Matches, My Challenges, Open Challenges, and King of the Mountain. That tab would list the scenarios, current King of each, and how many games that person has been up there on top of the dirt pile. Basically use the same display format with slightly different fields.

You could select to challenge the King. I thought about recommending a way to get in line (queue up?) but that would be too civilized - whoever challenges when the challenge is open, gets to play the King for the top spot.
