[Gameplay Issue] [Endsieg, 009_Paris 44, Brit naval exit error] [v8.5.6]

This is not a "bug" per se, but a gameplay issue in the Endsieg/Paris '44 scen: No Brit naval vessel exits the map after all KM units are destroyed. Fix (or don't) as you see fit.

It's the first time I've checked this scen with the editor, because I was wondering if the Canadians really are supposed to linger around LeHavre and do nothing else.

Both the "\Naval\Royal Navy sent home" & "\Naval\Royal Navy removed" triggers don't work for some reason. At least during none of my (at least) 3-4 playthroughs of this campaign. Before now I didn't even know it's supposed to happen...
