[Gameplay Bug][Adjacent paradrops][8.5.6]

I have 2 adjacent embarked para units.
I would like to drop one of the units on the ground under the other unit.
This results in the units swapping places instead.

Edit: Later in the turn I noticed that the proposed landing spor was occupied by an unit from a different faction (multiplayer scenario).
This may have triggered the swap.
Anyway, it should be up to the player to try a different drop location.
