On last turn I kill the master and take over the College. Then it goes through long dialog. At end of dialog instead of returning me to main map view or ending the campaign it returns to the mission screen where I can't do anything.

You should be able to retsratb the map and play through with the recent patch (note - NOT use one of the saves on that map)
