Hey Slitherine, What's up with this?

Post by sabo10 »

I'm just typing this cuz it won't let me post until I do, I really don't need to explain this. It's pretty obvious
Hmmm for some reason my attachment isn't showing up, I'll try another way.

: After installing PC 2 01.01.04 update Norton gave me the message
Data Protector blocked a suspicious action by PanzerCorp1.exe severity HIGH

If you need the target path I can supply

Nothing is up. PanzerCorps2.exe is deleting its own cache.

As above.
Your AV is too sensitive. You should exempt the cache folder from your "data protector".

Its just looking at the cache folder, seeing a deletion, and deciding it warrants an alert. When it just doesnt need an alert.

Roger that, just wanted to make sure. I couldn't find out what the file name was but next time it pops up I'll 'exclude' it from Norton

The file name will likely be different each time as the cache is unique but the root cache folder name is always the same, so you can exclude that process
