Since you're team mate wrote his in a language other than the list checkers native language, I think you ought to be careful. As a result we have a new rule for this tournament. Any bg equipped with an "epee" are --- POA to anyone with a sword. The CT effects for Moyenne I think mean you flip a coin to see if you roll a 1 or 2.

They could be better! Anyway, I've ran over the Irish before - so it should (in theory) be easier this time
Best of luck to both GB teams - good to see the event so well attended.
Watch out for those Song Xbows - very nasty if you have lots of Armoured or Protected Cav as I found to my cost at Campaign. Not so bad if you have HvA Knights or Cats though.
I have to say I thought there were some interesting choices and interesting lists. The counter programming and counter-counter programing in some quarters is amusing.
Never have I had to check so many Indo-Greek and Song Lists.

Perhaps the Song players have followed Terry Shaw's logic from Campaign: "bound to be lots of Mongols. So I'll bring lots of crossbows to shoot them down". No Mongols showed up. Still, they proved good enough against the Korean lancers.

What I mean is if you let players get away without specifying the dates for their armies (and in the case of my army, and Hannibal in Italy etc., who their commander is) they gain an advantage. So people might emulate them and say their list is Early Successor Macedon or Later Carthaginian without specifying dates or generals to get an advantage. Surely it's not a good idea for a list checker to encourage behaviour that makes checking lists more difficult or might advantage someone who submits a sloppy list?

If I had to penalize sloppy lists we would have no players. Check out the update.

Museu de Marinha, the same place where it has been done lately. However, we'll have a different, and much nicer, room available. The games will be held at Pavilhão das Galeotas, literally in the middle of some nice museum exhibits.
