Winter offensive is surely over....i am gonna settle in for winter, gain organisation and entrench.

Ran into italian sub when BB was heading for port, RAF fighters scramble and destroys the sub. Otherwise pretty quite....

Sub hunting, the britts have really good antisub, americans will bomb german cities.

Last bombing by americans before the strat bombers head for england.

You are absolutely right about 42....it will be a tough war for the russians. Yes i have to be bold to releave pressure on the Russians, small landings in France and Italy combined with attack on Spain. That is what i am aiming for...

I have pretty good fighter science so i am building a couple of more fighters so i can challange the Luftwaffe....so far Max is not doing well in fighter science.

Pretty quite elsewhere....atlantic battle continues

This landing is actually a diversion, the aim here is to land some troops in southern France to cut of rail to spain when i declare war on them.

Americans arrive at the scene.....i will be ready in 2 turns to attack Spain, hopefully by then i will have secured the the 2 squares.

German BB might be in trouble, to bad it will escape next turn, but i have bombers located everywhere so i might get a chance to hit it again.

To my detriment ALL beaches where covered, not even my landings in the south is possible. Looks like the spanish campaign will be more difficult.

To my surprize the german fighter research wasn´t so bad after all, mac didn´t just upgrade his planes wich means that his fighters are now one step ahead again. Things get worse, since i produced fighters instead of infantry i haven´t reinforced as i should. I just make one mistake after another on the russian front. Seeing that force really darkens my prospects....we actually might see a surrender of the Russians this game.

Finally the attack on Spain is under way, would have looked better if the rail was cut in the mountains, to bad that max can rail reinforcements now.

Anyway i will fake landings on all fronts to over extend his rail capacity.

Bombers taking position to fly over germany and unleash terror. Already have 8 in strat attack with US bombers.

Pulling back the armours and reinforce the front east of Moscow, if i can get one more winter turn or mud i will have reinforced plenty here to put up a good fight. ha ha ha with my luck so far concerning weather i know that my wishes will not be granted.

If Max continues here there won´t be much i can do to stop him. Also there isn´t much of value down here to the south anymore. Russians fight for survival now.....

Another dark turn for the Russians, they are really bleeding. Thinkg 6 corps destroyed and another 2 encircled. If this continues i will be lucky to only loose moscow in 42 quite possibly omsk as well....

Max said that he used -15 in rail to cover all the beaches in France, Italy and rail troops to support Spain. That is good news.....but the bad news is that this fight in Spain will get tougher.

After a couple of air raids, retreating and moving around, some counter attacks by my armours i managed to take out 2 tanks with 2 leaders and a german Mech, any given day that would be a major victory but it seems like a small matter. I am afraid that my airforce won´t hold up well against the luftwaffe. Soon Max will cut of rail between omsk and Moscow.

Attack on german armour and destroy spanish corp, move up troops towards Madrid, this will be a tough fight.

5 Strat bombers upgraded and ready to attack germany next turn. Hopefully i can decrease his PPs so it hurts

Nothing happening here....

BB bombarding and landings just south of Taranto, advancing with britts to attack. I need a couple of bombers to get anywhere here...

It is such a long way to winter....

I am only producing infantry with the Russians so i can defend Moscow. I figure there is atleast 4-5 fair weather turns left....hopefully one of them will be mud.

If i can make his advance slow and painfull i might have troops enough to counter attack during winter and retake Moscow....cause i think i will loose it by 1-2 turns before winter.

What happens if Russia is captured by the Axis and then the Allies capture Berlin, Hamburg and Rome does that constitute an allied victory?

Germany surrenders when Berlin and Hamburg are captured. Italy surrenders when Rome is captured or enough cities in Italy / Tunis (GS v2.0) are captured.

It doesn't matter which Allied major power capitals they control. So it's game over for the Axis if they don't control one of Hamburg, Berlin and Rome.
