Universal Carrier T16 Universal Carrier T16-American version of the armored personnel carrier, developed by the British order. The case is similar to the Universal Carrier Mk I. Undercarriage with four support rollers. Combat weight 4.76 t, dimensions 3860x2110x1550 mm. Engine Ford GAU-T16 with a capacity of 100L.s. at 3600 rpm, max, speed 48.3 km/h. The crew is 5 people. From 1943 to 1945, 13,893 units were manufactured.
2,208 units of this armored personnel carrier were delivered to the Soviet Union.
Naturally, these vehicles went to the reconnaissance units of tank and mechanized units and formations. Such as motorcycle reconnaissance battalions, motorcycle regiments, tank brigades of mechanized corps. Soviet soldiers successfully used these babies until the end of the war.

Hi Guys - I have been merrily attempting umpteen times to get V44 to install - it downloads with a size of 1.9Gb, no errors downloading but every time i try to extract the file I get an awful lot of ... eg
D:\Program Files (x86)\Slitherine\Panzer Corps Gold Mod\PAK-Update v0.44_Full.rar: Checksum error in PAK-Update v0.44_Full\Panzer Corps\UI\bigunits\Basic\#0605 Artillery.png. The file is corrupt
errors and no matter how many times I try to download and retry I get the same.

I should add I have downloaded all the other versions in the past with no problems - is there another location to download the file from or is anything else wrong?

You should use 7zip.
My Winrar has stopped opening PHCAS files for a long time.
I no longer have any problem with 7zip

Thanks for the replies - I will try another download to a different disc and try several ‘unzippers’.

Update - a fresh download and 7Zip did the trick - excellent, thank you. A big thumbs up to all the work that has gone into this. This is my 'go to' game and I much prefer it to the 3D style of PC2.

Help Needed

Hello forum members. As you (hopefully) know are we using in the MOD Grey colors for the Wehrmacht vehicles/tanks until 1.1.1943. After 1.1.1943 the vehicles/tanks will have as much as possible the camouflage skin as you can see on the graphic below.

There are still units we only have a grey graphic from. Is someone prepared and able to convert grey units into the exact camouflage skin you see in the graphic for us?

Maybe I can help. I have the DCS program with a lot of skins: those included in the program + those of Kondi, Churchlakecity and mine. Here are 3 examples. If you need them, either I send them to you in a private message or I make them for you. On the other hand, I may not have all the masks so you'll have to see with Guille.

Hello PHCAS,

Thanks for the crews. It's more enjoyable to play with crews than with naked cannons.

For converting gray units to camo units, it would be best if you make available the camo files that were used initially.
Making a mask is not difficult but finding the same pattern is more difficult

How many Goodies ) And calculations have guns + horse-drawn transport ! on the end of the, and the recognized what the war engines until this was , and after all on horses cargo transported perhaps not less )))

Comparison of the staff of the red Army rifle division and the Wehrmacht is shown in the table
The table shows that the regular strength of the Wehrmacht division exceeds the strength of even a fully deployed division of the red Army. It is interesting that the German rifle division is superior to the Soviet division in the equipment of vehicles, has almost twice as many cars, which is not surprising, and what is surprising is that the horses in the division of the Wehrmacht are also twice as many! This superiority gave the Wehrmacht's infantry divisions a little more mobility. The staff of the cavalry division, see here

Maxim anti-aircraft machine gun on a wheelbarrow

The mass of cargo placed in a wheelbarrow (Tachanka) consisted of:

Three fighters 80×3 = 240 kg;
Machine gun Assembly 66 kg;
Cartridge boxes 10×5 = 50 kg;
Weapons and personal belongings 17×3 = 21 kg;
Forage for four horses for two days 16×4 = 32 kg;
Provisions for fighters for two days 9×2 = 18 kg
Total – 427 kg.

In some cases, the machinegun cart was moving at a speed of 43-54 km / h off-road.
