Ah... Ok, it is needed to edit the first scenario of the campaign...

I made just a quick test... Opened the Poznan scenario (the first one in the GC39 campaign, the Nikivdd upgraded version) with the Scenario Editor and added the Italian nation to Axis side and enabled "Share Flags". But the result is not the expected. When attempted to purchase an Italian units, the game said that there was not available slots for it... May be I am doing something wrong or there is something more to be changed in the editor?

Sorry, I cannot answer your question. I have used this fonction in scenario I made without any trouble. Maybe try with another simple scenario not of a campaign or another mod.

Its a pity... I think it is related with the matter that units of the new Nation are taken as auxiliaries and not core units. By the way I was trying to deploy a land unit, not a naval one, may be this has also something to do.

I've tried the WaffenSS MOD and I can't get it to work with any of the GC nor in any scenarios

Edit a scenario and add the nation you want with share flags.
Here is for example the Ardennes Scenario with WaffenSS (Kriegsmarine is more complicated) :

I just asked Nikivdd, because I wanted to add a new nation in his upgraded Grand campaign mod, and he told me the secret: you have to open the campaign.dat present in that campaign directory file using Excel and edit the Nation cell... In that cell, for Panzer Corps Grand Campaign the default value is 0 (0 is the nation number assigned to Germany). I wanted to add Italy as a warring nation for the Axis side, so I changed the "0" value to 0,5 (meaning Germany and Italy). Besides of that I opened the first scenario in the campaign (in this case it is called Poznan) and enabled the "share flags" option (this will allow you to purchase Italian units in German flagged hexes) and enabled Italy as a nation fighting for the Axis side. This options are shown and explained in this thread, some postings up.
In your case, you will have to add the number which is given to the SS Nation instead of the 5 I added for Italy
I attach here a screenshot of the edited campaign.dat file for you to see...

...And the Kriegsmarine also was in charge of shore batteries and some railroad artillery units... Time to expand its unit roster!

1) How I must install this mods ?
2) Can I play with W-SS mod GrandCampaign 39-45 ?

Of course I know GME mod installer - I have there installed following mods - Amulet, Battlefield and WW of II.
Must I do folder named W-SS in Slitherine/PanzerCorps/Mods or I must do folder named W-SS in MyDocuments/PanzerCorps/Mods ? I never installed such mini-mods before. And I´m afraid that I will do anything very wrong. With Amulet and Battlefield was installing easy.

For the GrandCampaigns,
