Hey, i´m a professional designer and i´ll gladly help you to add new graphical features if needed. Seriously.firepowerjohan wrote:There are some obstacles to do new features sometimes since it has to do with look & feel and player feedback. The artist company have finished their job for the product so it is not very kind to persuade them to produce new arts and buttons or UI design layouts in order to put more features into play
Any chances for an Expansion?

Well, original SC2 got 8 free of charge patches toofirepowerjohan wrote:I think it is fair to mention also that SC series is currently working on their 2nd expansion pack while all the upgrades so far for CEAW have been for free![]()
Are we talking about forts buildable in the game? If yes then it's a good thing they were not added. The only historical example (atlantic wall) was not a big success.firepowerjohan wrote: Sentry option we used with a single hotkey 's' but some other things like building forts has to be fed back to the player shown as a button and/or tooltip somewhere we cannot make the game a "hotkey" game only for experts
But on the other hand an undo feature would work perfectly ok using only hotkey.

That is true and it depends on what approach the developers use. If a game gets many patches can be seen not only as a good commitment by the developers but also as a weakness of the release version of the game and questioning if the game is properly tested before sold. It is more fair to players to get what they buy rather than buy and hope the game gets fixed, at leist that is what Firepower Entertainment motto is.Borsook wrote:Well, original SC2 got 8 free of charge patches toofirepowerjohan wrote:I think it is fair to mention also that SC series is currently working on their 2nd expansion pack while all the upgrades so far for CEAW have been for free![]()

For future products you can expect the Commander games to be even more stable than CEAW since some childhood diseases were very hard to detect and those solutions will be reused

For the record, I strongly feel me $50 front-end investment in CEaW was well worth it. If a massive expansion pack was offered for another $50 and it included a world map or hexes subdivided by 6 with more units or any combination of both, I'd gladly pay the piper.
I love the game, and it's one of the best time spent enjoying the game vs. dollars spent ratios I could have ever imagined.
