Ok ! I have many problems !!!

It worked I thought 12=Slovakia as the Slovak flag=12 in the Flags and Purchase files of the game (1= Germany).

2nd and 3rd problems weren't solved. Is it maybe because my saved file of my completed first scenario is saved 11=Slovakia ?

Then I should play my first scenario again to see if the problems are solved ?

You'll have to restart your campaign for changes to take effect.

Please explain me how the "max elite units" (Maximum of elite units this side can have) works in the scenario editor. It's not working as I thought.

Ex: In the scenarion params, I have assigned 1 to "max elite units" for 1st scn. Then I have assigned 2 for 2nd scn. and 0 for 3rd scn. to their "max elite units". Does it mean that I can have only 0 or 3 elite units for 3rd scn. ?

Now, when I start 3rd scn., I'm able to have more than 3 elite units. (I was able to give elite replacement to 5 units that had a strenght of 10)
What am I doing wrong ? I want the player to have no more than 3 elite units for 3rd scn.

I would like to make one scenario(only one). I know, how can i make lots of things(city, flags, victory condition,...). But i cant setup the deployed or purchased units.

When i start the game, i can't purchase units because the unit list is empty.
How can i fix this?

Have you read the editor manual? That should answer most of your questions at least.

But i don't find this part. I set the axis and allied nations, and this is consistent with the flags and cities.

Section 5.3.1 says:
5.3.1. Define which nations will be available for
use/purchase by each side.
Nothing more.

Edit -> scenario parameters->
Nations tab: did you tick the nation you play?
Global parameters tab: did you fill in a year/month/day in which units are available in accordance to the equipment file?
Sides tab: did you fill in a value of available core/auxiliary slots?
Sides tab - if this is a single scenario - did you fill in an amount of prestige?

Deployment of units:

Edit->special hexes->
Did you define deployment hexes? (the grey tank and aircraft picture with an arrow pointing down)

You should not set a scenario date before 01.09.39 if you don't know how to change values in the equipment file.
The equipment file (equipment.pzdat) is located in the data folder where you have installed panzer corps.

01.01.1939 is when all the units start, not 01.09.1939. If you use my WWI mod then any date from 1.1.1914 - 31.12.1920 works
