I ordered from him recently with no problems. Communications were better than average, and I received the minis well within the normal timeframe from the UK and Europe. Nice minis, too. Scythians, Mongols and Huns - all beautifully sculpted with attention to historical details.

the relatively recent web site makes things easier. Before that it was carrier pigeon.
